These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time by the Company SKINHAPTICS above presented and hereinafter referred to as “the Company”.

- CONTRACTUAL LIMITATIONS ON TECHNICAL DATA
3.1. Use of the Site

Violation of these mandatory provisions subjects the offender, and all responsible persons, to the criminal and civil penalties provided for by the regulations in force.

- interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, networks connected to the Site or refuse to comply with any requirements, procedures, general rules or regulatory provisions applicable to the networks connected to the Site;
- harass in any way another or more other Users;
- collect and store personal data, identification data, relating to other Users.
